Having recently visited Honiara for a holiday (my first visit) I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of everyone we met. I would like to publicly thank the ladies at SSEC Vavaya Ridge transit house (Diana & Joyline) for preparing our accommodation and for providing us with valuable advice during our stay.
A special mention must also be made of Mr Robert for his hospitality and friendship shown when we visited his great bar on Vavaya Ridge, the staff at the Point Cruze yacht club and the many locals we met and spoke with during our stay.
In all we experienced a great time in your unique and wonderful city. We will recommend Honiara for a visit to other Aussies and we will be returning for sure.
