I fully agree with TSI that MPs should never involve in the Determination of Log Value.
International Trading as TSI would agree is a matter that has been properly regulated under multi-national Trade agreements and conventions which SIG has signed up to.
One practical example is the Implementaion Agreement of the GATT, 1994 and in particular reference to Articles 7 & 8 as amended.
Apart from the foregoings, the entire concerns of TSI are pure baseless fictions.
