I refer to Drumondd's article "RAMSI Shooting" dated 19/8/2010. Yes, it would be interesting to find out who gave the orders to shoot, acted on their own instincts.
I guess Drummond use the term "un-armed" to refer to guns. But the story I heard from an eye witness was these boys were armed to the bone with stones - stones that can execute equal lethal results as guns - death.
Anyway we simply must await the outcome of the two investigations that are being carried out.
