SIWA and SIEA battle of the Giants

The last week will be a memorable week for all Honiara dwellers when the management of SIEA flexed their muscles against SIWA for not paying their bills. Unfortunately SIWA has no answers except to blame their clients and of cos if you ask the clients they will tell you " why should we pay when our water supply was not consistent since 2007? So the blame game continued.

The States premier school took an early break and other urban schools scaled their class time.

It is at this juncture that I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hon.Steven Abana for rescuing my school. Hon. Abana donated one water pump and a 1000 gallon tank to the school to ensure that our 879 students continue classes until the end of term one. He even offered free plumbing and free water delivery to the school. He looked.

On behalf of the School Administration, parents and students, I take this opportunity to thank you and your good family for addressing our need.

You have continued to show to this nation what leadership is all about.

May God continue to bless you as you bless others.
