I for one support Frank Short's statement on that matter that Lessons from the April 2006 riot is still to be learned.

Not suprisingly there were not enough police for that late evening game because there was not enough Police and also that if there was then what's the use since our local police cannot defend the flying stones. This gives the question of what role of security is RAMSI playing today. They should have learned from the lessons at the past riots.

Thus I will leave it here; Are the lessons still to be learned or are the lessons being learnt already but just ignored?
