Thank you Jude for your comments. Actually I am just a Medical student at UPNG who have just arrived for holiday. I don't need to do any research into this issue nor do I need to seek legal advice on this. These are my views and my own and thats how I see this. I think Researchers like you, have already done it so I don't need to.
