Is PEC aware of the million dollar gap recently announced by the PM, given that our financial keeper is also part of PEC or they didn't see it coming and continue to approve dubious increases in entitlements which could add on to the $261 million shortfall announced by the PM.
Is this shortfall purely caused by global financial crisis as claimed by the PM or is it partly on mismanagement and unnecessary expenditure?
