Equality for Local Professionals

We need to get the issue of Equality for local professionals into the political arena. Politicians at the highest level must be involved to get the Equality that our local professionals deserve. Let us now involve our Politicians, Policy planners and key players in the country. Let us make the issue of equality for local professionals a Political Agenda. What are the possible strategies?

If nothing is done, the real lossers will be the locals in the rural areas that need the services of these local professionals.

We need a paradigm shift on the management of local professionals.

What if all of us do our part to help to make a change for our local professionals?. What if all of us involve our respective MPs?. What if local professionals get equality at our own country?. What if our local professionals return home because there is equality at workplace in our country?
