Dear Editor,
The resignation of the only indigenious female Solair Captain. Cpt Ramoni is a serious issue and needs to be address by the government and the airline boards. If they can pay so much money to expatriates first officers, why not use that money to increase local cpts salary or train more local pilots. Sooner or later we will end up with all our pilots working overseas and foreigners flying our NATIONAL AIRLINE which will be more expensive and not good for the striving economy of this country.
