It will be interesting how the sumitomo case to stop their competitors proceeding will be affected, after all they have already been advised that they have no right to question the landowners in Isabel who do not wish to deal with them, and no need for a tender when they OWN the land and will not need to give it up.
Now that the BLA who own the land in Isabel have their act together they simply want to proceed with axiom as the deal guarantees a great return for all parties long term, shareholders together for a long term future together. let it happen soon.
