Thank you Manu'ari for your reply. Sorry to say that you missed the point also. I didn't ask about your position on whether MPs have missappropriated the Fund, because with regards to misused, even a primary student in solo knows the story. What I asked you is whether you agree that there is room for misappropriation becasue thats what I can tell from your previous story. For myself, I don't think that MPs have the right to abuse the Fund in any way and by any amount as long as it is called RCDF. The moment its name changes to something like 'MPs Political Fund' or MPPF, I think no body will bother about its use or misuse.

Manu'ari next time make your discussions focused and don't throw too much on the floor when nobody asked for it.
