My gratitude to all those whom have shared their views/opinions on this issue. Of course it is a very complex matter to deal with but, when we address each particular contributing factor to this issue of leadership it can be solved.
Points raised by all contributors are valid and should be now taken into consideration if our leaders are to solve the leader dependency syndrome.
