Student Allowance & Parliamentary Entitlements

I think the Parliamentarians are doing themselves good all the time. A person in his/her reasonable mind would definitely know that this is wrong and is not good given the prevailing economic circumstance facing Solomon Islands. I think that the Parliamentarians had already entitled to a number of entitlements.
