Late payment of SIG sponsored students

It seems that late payment of student's stipend especially the SIG sponsored students studying in various institutions in the region is a continous experience. When the SIG experienced delays of scholarship funds during the last years, the officials should now be in a better position to deal with the issue of students allowances as it causes alot of hardship for the poor students. I know how extremely hard it is to study without adequate finances taking into account, basic neccessities for a living. To those students who are affected, i share my sympathy with you all and i will be protesting to the education officials to prioritise students stipend in years to come.
