While I do agree with you,exposing the real situation happen here in ragards to students,however make sure further explain things like the number of students who already recieved and how much,the number of students who are yet to recieve thiers,small things like that.Remember the people you referred to have also the record regarding students allowances.And believe that they are aware of the total number who collect part and the total number who are yet to recieve any single cents.
