At the same time as debating politics of law there is need for critically urgent intergrity embracing impact of traditional ocean food resource devastation and trade collapse.

It is empirical fact the SI barter economy has fundamentally collapsed. Impact involving chronic poverty has already been followed by unrest and coup. The situation elsewhere and including on the Fiji economy is worsening, unchecked. Integrity toward urgent debate and solutions is imperative.
