Dear Editor,
I have read with keen interest the discussions on this subject. Some have raised counter arguments which are good to address the issue at hand. Whatever perspective we may present, the reality is that the quality of learning does need to measure up to the students' expectation. As such students need to take a bold step by taking this issue to SICHE's management.
