I refer to Malaii's comments from Auki. I wrote in the first place due to the fact that there was no advertisement from the department of tourism for interested and qualified locals to teach at SICHE. So your assupmtion that Alexandria was not selected by the panel is incorrect. She was never approached, instead they have their own staff at the Tourism Ministry teaching the course!Furthermore, house-keeping is a practical hands-on subject not just theory which i believe is not being applied at SICHE. The output of the current lecturers is being reflected in the fact that we get dozens of students lining up at our office asking for help with assignments and tutorials...Is this quality and true professionalism at work? You call the shots!
