Dear Editor,
The recent axing of USP students speaks volume and a testimony of the favouritism in awarding scholarships to students performing well below the required GPAs. I failed to see social life being a contributing factor.
The Ministry of Education especially NTC and the selection panel are to be blamed for this and it should be a learning curve for them. What a waste of money, time and effort!
