You are entitled to accept what you have been spoon-fed with. As for me, I have read Solomon Islands Constitution and other legislation in full and am convinced that points you were refering to were mere "inferences" in the context of our Constitution.
Meanwhile, I thank Jammie of Asia for suggesting that I think like a primary school kid. However, primary school kids are sometimes smarter than scholars or university students like Jammie of Asia because they "think" and "evaluate" information that they receive to establish whether there is a truth in them before accepting them. In this context, I am flabbergasted that a scholar or a university student like Jammie of Asia has to glide so low to accept "inferences" over facts. I am stunned!
