Dear editor,
The concern raised by people in Mataruka village, East Guadalcanal I believe should likewise ring the bell to other leaders of other constituencies that perhaps their people might plea for the same/similar situation.
Providing clean water, proper sanitation, accessible clinics/schools and roads/transportation should be the basic fundamental rights drawn into any constituency development for that matter. Without these basic necessities life will be miserable in this modern age.
